Black Protestant Clergy are not only starting to turn up the heat on President Barack Obama’s war against babies in the womb, but they are now starting to press him hard over his support of homosexual marriage and are pushing for Blacks to boycott the Presidential Election on November 6, 2012.

A 1300-member coalition of African-American pastors and civil rights leaders are calling on Blacks to boycott President Obama and sign a petition demanding the administration withdraw support for gay marriage.

In May 2012 the Blaze reported on Barack Obama’s effort to do damage control in the wake of him coming out in support of Homosexual Marriage by holding a conference call with around eight unnamed African American pastors. After the call some of them promised to ‘work aggressively’ to help him in his election bid again; effectively promising to lead their flock in support of someone who doesn’t represent them or Christ Jesus.

In addition to the CAAPUSA being led by Rev. William Owens, there is also the National Black Church Initiative being led by Rev. Anthony Evans that has come out in opposition of the President’s and the NAACP’s endorsements of same-sex marriage. Evans has warned that Obama and the NAACP will lose support among black churches for their stand.
